20 female volunteers, between the ages of 34 and 69, applied a gel with 7% Pectin, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Serine, Arginine, Proline 2013 molecular film CPE on the right half of the face and a placebo gel on the left side, twice a day for 20 days. The readings of three different spots of the treated areas were determined by corneometry. Moisture content in the skin increased by 25% after 24 hours and by 29% after 20 days.
20 female volunteers, between the ages of 35 and 55 showing skin atony and sagging on gluteus, applied a cream with 5% Pectin, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Serine, Arginine, Proline 2036 molecular film PCEB on one side of the body and a placebo cream on the other, twice a day for 28 days. Viscoelastic properties were evaluated with a cutometer. Elasticity properties in the skin increased by 4% in the 28 days.
An increase of Collagen Type IV levels of around 10% and 20% at 1mg/mL concentration after 5 and 10 days of incubation was determined by the Dot Blot test on reconstituted skin.
