LeRêve is pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of just $9.50 no matter how small or how large your order is.
Tracking information is included in your order dispatch confirmation email. Please refer to this email for instructions on tracking your order during the dispatch and delivery process. Upon request, our Customer Service team can assist you in locating the whereabouts of your order.
Our dedicated warehouse staff and delivery partners always do their best to get your order on your doorstep as quickly as possible but sometimes during peak periods, deliveries can take a little longer than usual. Please contact Customer Service if you have an urgent request.
Your LeRêve order will be left unattended at your nominated delivery address if there is nobody present to receive it. As the order becomes your responsibility once delivered, we urge you to take care when specifying the delivery address and ensure it is sent to a safe destination where somebody can receive it. If there is a chance that nobody will be home to accept your delivery, you may wish to provide special instructions for the driver (such as “leave behind side gate” or “place behind pot plant”).
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it does occur then we will gladly assist in the replacement or recovery process. Please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone during business hours to report such issues. Please note that basic evidence may be required to assist us with necessary investigations.
