I suffer with hay fever and sinus 24/7, throughout the entire year with spring being by far the worst time, summer, autumn and winter aren't much fun either. I have been using breathe easy essential oil in my sonic diffuser which is next to my bed since March 2018. I have been waking up in the morning able to breathe through my nose with none of the nasty side effcts that other medications give you. 2018 was the first year that I didn't get a sinus infection. Now being summer, I am only needing to use it once or twice a week. I love it. Breathe easy is one of my favourite essential oils.
