THE 2019 DIRECT SELLING AUSTRALIA INDUSTRY AWARDS
Sydney, NSW – Monday, 24 June 2019 – LeRêve, an Australian based health and beauty social selling company, has been named the winner of the inaugural Local of the Year Award at the 2019 Direct Selling Australia Industry Awards. Direct Selling Australia (DSA), the country’s leading representative body for retail direct selling, designed the awards to celebrate innovation, excellence, creativity and partnership among the membership.
“The awards aim to empower independent direct sellers, fuel businesses processes and make our world a better place, the awards have one thing in common; they promote direct selling as a business channel that helps create better lives,” said Gillian Stapleton, Executive Director of Direct Selling Australia.
The DSA Local Award recognises an Australian founded member company that has dedicated themselves to achieving a high standard of excellence in business operations.
LeRêve was founded in 1988 by Phil & Jenny Hobby – two visionary entrepreneurs who had a dream for the ideal enterprise and a passion for fine French fragrance.
“LeRêve has been commended for remaining agile and innovative in an evolving market place whilst producing significant growth year-on-year. LeRêve demonstrated innovation through the staple of changes they implemented in 2018 including an enhanced VIP Customer program with an innovative Product Bank feature, a new online Consultant Hub, a revised format for Parties and a comprehensive new video training library” shared Gillian.

The Local award was presented during Direct Selling Australia’s 52nd annual conference at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park on Monday 24 June 2019. The award was presented by DSA Life Member, Bill Duncan and sponsored by valued DSA Supplier Member, National Product Fulfilment.
