HOW TO AROMA-MIX

Choose your favourite LeRêve Pure Essential Oil Blend or mix your own concoction using LeRêve Single Oils. Take your Aromamix Bottle and: 

• Add 30 drops of Essential Oil
• Fill with your choice of either distilled water, hydrosol, aloe vera gel, or floral water such as rose or lavender water
• Add 6mL of solubiliser if you have it on hand so the Oils evenly distribute through the blend
• Swirl it!

You now have a natural solution that’s ready to go. 

SWEET SLEEP LINEN SPRAY

• Use 30 drops of Sweet Sleep Blend
• Add 6mL of solubuliser
• Add distilled water

Spray over pillows, bed linen and your PJ’s for the best sleep ever! 

EMOTIONAL LIFT FLORAL WATER SPRAY

• Use 30 drops of your favourite Emotional Lift Blend
• Add 6mL of solubuliser
• Add floral water or hydrosol

This aromatic floral spray is a facial delight on a hot, muggy day. Keep it in the fridge if you want an extra cool facial spray!

AURA SPRAY

• Use 6 drops each of Frankincense, Sandalwood, Rose, Lavender and Orange Oil
• Add 6mL of solubuliser
• Add distilled water

Keep this spray near your front door, so you can apply when you get home to clear any negative energy you have picked up while you have been out and about. Spray all over and around your body to let anxiety and negativity slide away and welcome in abundance and serenity. 

FOGGY BRAIN SPRAY

• Use 30 drops of Brain Power Blend Or use 10 drops of Peppermint, 10 drops of Lemon , 3 drops of Orange and 7 drops of Frankincense
• Add 6mL of solubuliser
• Add distilled water

This blend can boost energy, focus and productivity while helping visualisation and creativity. 

ROOM SPRAY

•  Use 10 drops each of Lavender, Geranium and Tea Tree
• Add water

Shake and spray over curtains, clothes, mattresses and soft furnishings to get rid of germs and dust mites. Antiviral. Antibacterial. Antifungal. Awesome!

MASSAGE OIL OF CHOICE

Choose your favourite LeRêve Blend such as Stress-Less, Sweet Sleep or Love Story

• Use 30 drops of Essential Oil for adults or 15 drops for children over age 5
• Add 50mL of Luxury Carrier Blend which contains four famous beauty oils that are loaded with antioxidants to feed the skin
• Evening Primrose Oil, Peach Kernel Oil, Camellia Oil and Rosehip Oil

It’s so easy to poCr the right amount of massage oil using the Aromamix Bottle. Have fun experimenting with different blends to find your favourite. Note, massage partner not included! 
 

HANDY TRAVEL GEL

• Use 10 drops each of Peppermint, Lavender and Tea Tree
• Add 6mL solubuliser
• Add Aloe Vera Gel  to fill

Swirl it around and you have a blend that is great for hydration and refreshes dry hands.

AVOID CHEAP PLASTICS
